On December 22, 2011, the American Middle East Institute in partnership with the World Affairs Coucil of Pittsburgh, hosted Thomas K. Yazdgerdi.  Tom is the Consul of the U.S. Consulate in Kirkuk, Iraq.  With over 40 people in attendance, Tom shared a first hand experience of the work being done in Kirkuk.
